Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Hvala's Loyalty Memebership Programme ("the Programme"). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Points Earning:

1.1 Participants in the Programme can earn Hvala$ (points) by purchasing any item in-store via the YQueue kiosks

1.2 Rewards will be awarded to the participant once the order is complete

Points Redemption:

2.1 Participants can redeem their accumulated Hvala$ (points) to offset their in-store order.

2.2 Points can only be redeemed by the participant and are non-transferable.

Points Expiry:

3.1 Points earned in the Programme have an expiration period of 12 months from the date of earning.

3.2 Expired points will be automatically deducted from the participant's account at the end of the expiry period.

3.3 Participants will receive notifications regarding the approaching expiry of their points via email or other communication channels provided.

General:

4.1 Hvala reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty programme at any time and without prior notice.

4.2 Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Programme.

4.3 Hvala reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Programme in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.

4.4 Hvala's decision on all matters relating to the Programme, including the awarding and redemption of points, shall be final and binding.

4.5 By participating in our loyalty program, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.

4.6 Hvala$ (points) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
